When their boss (Zangler) goes off to Vienna to dine with his fiance, his clerks (Weinberl & Christopher) decide this may be their last chance for an adventure (razzle) and head for the Big City (Vienna). Zanlger must cancel his plans, as his niece (Marie) has run off with her boyfriend (Sonders). Naturally, soon everyone is runinng into everyone else!
